I had a displaying pair of GC Grebes today at the lake, this is my earliest pair back on site. Very nice to see and i hope they have a succesful year.
Decent numbers of Pochard, Shoveler, and Goosanders as well though Mutes, Tufted, and Mallard seem down. Fox reported by a resident.
